How do you deal with hotel properties?
Each hotel and venue have different rules and requirements. We are experts at knowing which questions to ask, what to look out for, and how to minimize unnecessary costs.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes! I have a 2 million dollar business liability insurance policy.
What do you charge?
If inquiring to hire me as a contractor, please reach out to me to get day rate and contractor agreement information.
If working with us on a show, event, or project, pricing will vary based on AV vendor and budgets.
Can you travel?
Yes! Regional and International with a valid passport and Global Entry for faster international processing.
How does invoicing and billing work?
At the end of a show within 1-3 days, you will receive an Invoice from me outlining every aspect of the show, with the option to pay online, or mail a check.
For larger projects, you will receive an estimate to accept through QuickBooks. This estimate will outline the scope of the job, A/V equipment rentals, services rendered, deposits, and anything else that is needed.
